Our Finance Management Training Programme (FMTP) is a three-year scheme designed to develop the future senior managers of the company. You will be given genuine responsibility at an early stage, and as your theoretical base in accountancy grows, you will enjoy challenging opportunities to apply your knowledge in a 'real-life' business context.
We'll provide full support to enable you to study and pass your CIMA qualification, including 40 days study leave per year! We offer a competitive salary with twice yearly salary reviews, plus all the standard big company benefits.
Due to the merger with Linde you may have the opportunity to experience what it is like to work in continental Europe, as we currently have graduates located in the Linde Group headquarters in Munich and we see international experience as vital to your development within the company. You will also undertake a number of assignments to different parts and locations of the business across the UK, so you'll need to be flexible and willing to seize opportunities in various geographies.
We are only recruiting a small number of finance graduates this year so you won't just be one of many - but will be given the individual attention and support that you deserve.
Entry Requirements
You must have graduated or expect to graduate with at least a 2:1 to be considered for this exceptional scheme.
