Recruitment Process and How to Apply
During the recruitment process, we'll take a close look at your personal and professional attributes. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to learn about us.
The Recruitment Process
Below is a list of the stages you will need to progress through:
Stage 1: Online application form
Stage 2: Online ability test
Stage 3 Telephone Interview
Stage 4: Assessment Centre
Stage 5: Offer
Our assessment centre exercises are designed to test your performance against various competencies. They involve a group exercise, a presentation, technical questions and there are also further interviews so we can find out a little more about your skills, abilities and ambitions.
At the end of this process, we'll either make you an offer or let you know precisely why you were unsuccessful.
How to Apply
The Application process will open on September 1st 2011. The closing date for applications is 31st January 2012. Assesment centres will be held early March 2012. For access to the on-line application process please visit BOC's Graduate Career Centre.
