FINANCE AND ENGINEERING GRADUATE SCHEMES

BOC's award winning graduate programme is a 3-4 year scheme designed to develop the future senior managers of the company.
As part of the programme, we will support you to study for professional qualifications.
We also provide a mentoring scheme and genuine exposure to senior management.
BOC currently have graduates located in the Linde Group headquarters in Munich and we see international experience as vital to your development within the company. You will also undertake a number of assignments to different parts of the business across the UK, so you'll need to be flexible and willing to seize opportunities in various locations.
