BOC is proud to be part of the local communities in which it is based, from which it draws its staff and which it serves with its products. We are engaged with the wider world both at a corporate level and as individuals.
BOC's activities cover a wide involvement with community and environmental matters.
BOC is also a member of Business in the Community, a voluntary organisation of more than 850 companies across the UK committed to responsible business leadership and addressing social and environmental need.
BOC is particularly involved in:

- Charitable GivingBOC supports the charitable activities of its staff by matching their contributions to registered charities. In 2008, the company contributed over £121,000 through the Charities Aid Foundation.
