BOC - normal service resumed

All BOC filling sites - with the exception of Bristol - are operating normally and delivery services have resumed in all areas of the UK and Ireland.

At our Bristol site, branch operations have restarted and the Gas and Gear store has re-opened. The Dissolved Acetylene filling plant remains shut but we are continuing to implement alternative supply chain arrangements to enable us to maintain DA stocks.

Please be advised that our Customer Service Centres are continuing to receive a high volume of calls and we ask for your patience as we make every effort to answer your call.

We would also like to send thanks to all our customers for their understanding during this challenging time for our business.
