- Industrial gases and engineering business BOC is to double the capacity of the hydrogen trailer filling facility on Teesside which was opened in March this year. - BOC Healthcare has launched a new range of stackable, gas cylinder storage racks to improve gas cylinder management. - The UK’s first open access hydrogen vehicle refuelling station officially opens today (20 September) at Honda’s manufacturing facility in Swindon. Built and operated by industrial gases company BOC, a member of The Linde Group, the venture is the result of a partnership between Honda, BOC and economic development company Forward Swindon. - Sale Grammar’s specially-designed water rocket proved the best of an excellent group of entries to this year’s BOC Year 9 Science Challenge. The task set by industrial gases supplier BOC this year was to design and make a water-powered rocket, optimising its performance and producing a scientific report on the science behind the technology.
