Terms and Conditions of Doing Business
BOC has established Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
Unless we have specifically agreed contractual terms with your company we will be using our Standard Terms, detailed below, for the purchase of products and many services.

Where we engage you to work for us as a contractor on a BOC site (other than office-based), we will use either the BOC standard minor works contract or a nationally accepted contract; for example NEC3 terms of contract.

Variations from these standard contractual terms can only be agreed by a member of the Procurement team.
Agreement to variations must be evidenced in writing and signed by a member of the Procurement team.
