Yes. The residential block release training is held at various academic institutions which may mean that you need to travel. BOC will provide fully checked accommodation. Travel expenses will also be paid.
As with most organisations that offer Apprenticeships, we try to ensure all our successful Apprentices achieve a permanent role with the company, but it is not guaranteed. However, if you work hard and successfully complete your qualifications, you will have every opportunity to attain a role with BOC.
All our Apprentices will be assigned a mentor. The mentor is not usually your line manager, but an independent BOC employee who can support the Apprentice as you go through your apprenticeship programme.
BOC’s aim is for all our Apprentices to achieve their potential and, to help you achieve your qualifications and be successful, your progress will be monitored closely. With regular reviews on both your academic activity and your on-the-job learning you can have confidence that you will be able to develop at your own pace in a fully supportive environment.
Visit the Application Process page and click on the relevant link for the vacancy that you wish to apply for. You will be asked to complete an online application form, upload your CV and answer some questions.
