Opening an account online
To open a new BOC account by post or in person using the details below, you will need to complete an account application form.
Call our Customer Service Team on 0800 111 333 (or 08457 302 302 for Drinks Dispense Gas customers) or you can request the application form by email.
Opening an account by post
Once you have completed the application form, please return it to the following address:
Customer Service Centre
When completing the form you will need to provide the following information:
- your company and account holder's name
- a complete address with postcode
- a contact name and a telephone number
It will need to be signed by a duly authorised representative of your business (partner/director/individual).
Once we have received and processed your fully completed application you will receive a Welcome Pack together with your unique account number.
Opening an account in person
Alternatively you can visit your nearest BOC store or agent, where you can complete the form and open your account immediately (not applicable to Beverage Dispense Gas (Sureserve) or Healthcare customers)
You will need to provide proof of address (such as a recent utility bill) and a form of photographic ID (such as a driving licence or passport).
