In order to purchase products & services from BOC by phone, online or through one of our stores or agents you will first need to open a BOC account.
To open a new account with BOC you will need to complete an account application form. Call our Customer Service Team on 0800 111 333 (or 08457 302 302 for Drinks Dispense Gas customers) or you can request the application form by email.
Once you have completed the application form, please return it to the following address:

When completing the form you will need to provide the following information:
It will need to be signed by a duly authorised representative of your business (partner/director/individual).
Once we have received and processed your fully completed application you will receive a Welcome Pack together with your unique account number.
Alternatively you can visit your nearest BOC store or agent, where you can complete the form and open your account immediately (not applicable to Beverage Dispense Gas (Sureserve) or Healthcare customers)
You will need to provide proof of address (such as a recent utility bill) and a form of photographic ID (such as a driving licence or passport).
