Why should I change to BOC?
BOC is the largest industrial gases provider in the UK and Ireland. As a BOC Gases customer, you will also have access to a larger range of gases and cylinder sizes, as well as full support from the BOC Customer Service Centre, which is available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with a 24hr support service for serious emergencies and incidents.
As an account holder you will also have access to a nationwide delivery service and have the option of collecting from one of BOC's retail outlets or from your local BOC agent. Details of outlets and agents can be found using the StoreFinder tool.
Will my prices change?
BOC will honour the existing gas and rental prices you have been paying with Ryval Gas for a full 12 month period commencing on the date you open your BOC account.
How do I order Gas?
Initial gas orders must be placed by calling BOC Customer Service Centre on 0800 111 333 and you must continue to do so until all Ryval cylinders have been exchanged for BOC cylinders. Once this has been achieved you will also have the option of ordering gas online by visiting www.boconlineshop.com or any of our BOC retail stores nationwide.
What if I don’t open a BOC account?
Ryval will no longer be available to supply you and your Hire Agreement with us will end on the date falling three months from the date of the letter you have received. You must also return the cylinders you are holding to us. Failing which we will make arrangements with you to come and collect the cylinders from your premises. As the Hire Agreement between us would have ended you will no longer have a right to continue to hold the cylinders.
