Standard Delivery Options
BOC provides a fast and efficient gas supply service. To ensure we can deliver on our promise we offer a range of cylinder gas delivery services.
Please contact our Customer Services Centre on 0800 111 333 for Industrial and Medical Gases or 0800 0200 800 for Special Gases and Refrigerants to discuss the available delivery options.
Next Day Delivery1
Next day deliveries are available to most customers. Simply call the Customer Service Centre on 0800 111 333 before 5pm and your gas supplies will be delivered the next day.
Collect from BOC2
With the exception of Drinks Dispense and Medical Gases, customers can collect gas from any of our nationwide network of retail outlets or agents during opening hours.

Emergency delivery3
Customers who simply cannot afford to run out of gas have our assurance that we will do our very best to help them.
If you need supplies in a hurry we can deliver the gas you need within four hours of receiving your order.
To place an Emergency Delivery, simple call the Customer Service Centre free on 0800 111 333 any time of the day or night.
1 Next day deliveries may not be available to some remote UK locations.

Non-stock special products are made to order; delivery timing will be dependent on the required mixture.

2 Our retail stores and agents stock a core range of products/sizes.
Customers wishing to collect gas for the first time should check availability with their local store.
Not all package sizes are available for collection.
Some of our products are not stocked by retail stores or agents and for product stewardship reasons are available for delivery only.
