CCGT Power Generation

Increased regulation may potentially cause a gap in energy supply over the next 5 to 10 years.  This will occur due to the aging nuclear capacity and the imminent closure of oil and coal capacity.

Power companies have responded by investing in the construction of plants fuelled by natural gas (a lower pollutant than coal), using Combine Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) technology which allows an increase in electricity output.

BOC continues to supply solutions for existing gas stations and construction projects with our traditional products and services. 

In new-builds we are also supporting the design and construction of gas distribution systems, as well as advising and assisting in all processes and regulation compliance related to industrial gases, enabling you, our customer, to concentrate on project management and completion.
