Cryogenic Hoses
Cryogenic hoses are used mainly in the decanting or transfer of liquid nitrogen from one storage container to another.
Phase separators are used to reduce splashing during decanting.
Safety
When decanting, cryogenic personal protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn.
The hose itself can reach temperatures near the boiling point of liquid nitrogen -196°C.
