Single-Stage Regulators
Single stage regulator are ideal for applications where there is only small inlet pressure variation during the period of use, for gases with low cylinder pressures or in applications where there is further pressure control downstream of the cylinder regulator. The range has models to cover a wide range of gases and mixtures. Inlet pressures to 300 bar, and outlet ranges from 0 – 1bar to 0-35bar.
High purity regulator available in brass or stainless steel body, for use with non corrosive and mild corrosive gases and mixtures up to N6.0 purity. Advanced features make it suitable for the most demanding analytical requirements. This regulator can withstand vacuum applied to evacuate the system. Accepting inlet pressures up to 230bar (with a choice of gauges to suit lower cylinder pressures), it has a choice of delivery pressure ranges from 0 – 2bar, to 0 – 35bar. Regulator available in chromium-plated brass or stainless steel body, suitable for analytical applications using non-corrosive gases to purity grade N5.0. The stainless steel version is suitable for dilute mixtures of mild corrosive gases. Accepting inlet pressures up to 300bar (with inlet gauge options to suit lower cylinder pressures), a choice of delivery pressure ranges is available from 0 – 1bar, to 0 – 35bar. Chromium-plated brass regulator suitable for use with non-corrosive gases. For use with N4.6 purity gases, % level gas mixtures and for process applications requiring higher flow rates. Accepting inlet pressures up to 207bar, a choice of delivery pressure ranges is available from 0 – 1bar, to 0 – 14bar. Read more about C202/1 series
Stainless steel regulator with tied diaphragm design for positive shut off, reducing the risk of overpressure on the outlet. High specifications make this suitable for N6.0 gases. The tied diaphragm feature makes this regulator particularly suited to gases with more demanding properties – eg highly corrosive gases and gases with high levels of toxicity in analytical or semiconductor research. Higher flow capacity regulator, particularly suited for use with more corrosive gases and strongly oxidising gases in process applications due to the materials of construction and the positive shut off features of the control valve.
