Acetylene
Manifolds
Acetylene Gas Manifolds are designed and manufactured to current BCGA Codes of Practice and allow equal numbers of cylinders to be connected through a central block and header rails and provide continuity of supply via operating and reserve banks.
The manifold will supply gas at pressures up to 1.5 barg through a control panel incorporating regulator, safety shut-off devices and isolating valves. One bank of cylinders operates until exhausted at which point the supply can be switched to the reserve bank.
The exhausted bank can then be replenished and remain in reserve until required. The object of having operating and reserve cylinder banks is to provide an uninterrupted supply to the customer's process
FBA's (flashback arrestors)
FLASHBACK ARRESTORS are specified in a number of industrial codes of practice for safe oxy / fuel cutting and welding.
Flashback arrestors are available in various sizes and for a variety of applications, particularly for use with acetylene.
DA control panel
Control panels comprising regulators , safety shut off valves , flame arrestors , pressure gauges and isolating valves to suit systems operating up to pressures of 1.5 barg with flow rates from 7m3/hr to 84m3/hr.
All acetylene equipment supplied by TSC is designed to current BCGA Codes of Practice.
Valves
A range of valves and outlet points for use with actylene at pressures up to 1.5 barg is available.
All valves and outlet points are deigned and manufactured to current BCGA Codes of Practice.
Regulators
TSC can supply regulators for cylinder and pipeline applications for use with acetylene at pressures up to 1.5 barg.
The regulators are designed and manufactured to BCGA Codes of Practice and are available with single and multistage stage options.
Hoses
A wide range of high pressure filling and low pressure distribution hoses are available for most acetylene applications. The high pressure hoses are designed in accordance with current BCGA codes of practice and incorporate anti-detonation proof features.
