Cylinder Manifolds
Auto changeover
A range of high pressure auto-changeover cylinder manifolds are available at pressures up to 300 barg.
The manifolds are designed and manufactured in accordance with current BCGA codes of practice and are designed to to allow equal numbers of cylinders to be connected to a central panel which incorporates a differential automatice changeover unit.
When the main supply is exhausted the gas supply is automatically changed to the reserve bank to ensure continuity of supply.
Remote alarm systems can be included to advise that changeover has occured. Manifolds can be wall mounted or free standing and are available in 2 x 1 to 2 x 10 sizes.

Manual changeover
Permanent Gas Cylinder Manifolds are designed to allow equal numbers of cylinders to be connected through a central block and header rails and provide continuity of supply via operating and reserve banks.
The manifold will deliver gas at cylinder pressure from the operating bank to the regulator until the cylinders are exhausted, at which point the supply can be switched to the reserve bank.
The exhausted bank can then be replenished and remain in reserve until required. The object of having operating and reserve cylinder banks is to provide an uninterrupted supply to the customers process.
Manifolds can be wall mounted or free standing and range from 2 x 1 up to 2 x 10 banks of cylinders complete with central control block to enable manual changeover when one bank is exhausted
System monitors
System monitors and alarm panels are used in conjunction with contact alarm gauges or pressure switches fitted to either autochange or manual manifolds and will give a remote alarm(audible or visual) indicating that a cylinder bank is low or requires changing.
The units have CE approval with IP65 protection and can monitor 3 gases in one enclosure. They can are available for 100v or 240v operation with volt free contacts for each alarm condition.
