Electro polished valves

Many ultra high purity and high purity gases (electronics grades) require valves made to very high standards and with a very low level of particulates, a range of electro polished and clean room assembled valves are available from stock.

The valves are available in a range of configurations and sizes where all gas swept passages are supplied "electro polished" ensuring product conformity and reducing the possibility of contamination.

Electro polished valves can be supplied clean room assembles and are packed in a nitrogen atmosphere in double heavy duty polythene bags.

In addition to the standard manual operation valves a range of remote actuated valves are available for process control and for use with highly toxic gases.

Positive pressure valves

A wide range of positive pressure cylinder valves are available from stock. Valves are available for most industrial and hospitality (leisure products) applications and gases at pressures up to 300 barg.

Valves can be supplied with either side or top outlet configuration and with handwheel or key operated action.

Stock valves have inlet/outlet connections in accordance with BS341/DIN477/NEN3268 and NBN 226 standards and other connection threads are available on request.

The valves incorporate a non-return valves and minimum positive pressure device which retains pressure of 2 to 5 bar in the cylinder.

Medical pin index valves

Pin index valves are available in key operated or thumb wheel (hand opereated) versions and are specifically pin indexed and anti-confused for a wide range of medical gases. Pin index valves conform to BS1319 standards.

Standard versions are available for:-

  • Medical Oxygen
  • Medical Nitrous Oxide
  • Medical Air
  • Entonox (50% oxygen and 50% N2O mix)
  • Helium
  • Cyclopropane

Other gases are available on request.

A wide range of standard cylinder valves are available for use with most industrial and medical gases at pressures up to 230 bar (300 bar on certain valves.)

Valves can be supplied with either side or top outlet and either key or handwheel operation.

A wide range of stainless steel cylinder valves are available for use with toxic and corrosive gases at pressures up to 230 bar (300 bar on certain valves.)

Standard valves have inlet/outlet connections in accordance with BS341 but other configurations and standards are available

Electro polished valves with clean room assembly are also available for use with very high purity gases for the electronics industries..
