Process hoses

Low pressure hoses can be supplied from stock or to special manufacture. Sizes range from 3mm to 76mm bore and are available for most industrial gas applications.

The hoses can be supplied with a variety of end fittings to suit individual applications or gaseous service.

Cryogenic hoses

TSC stock and supply a range of cryogenic transfer hoses in sizes ranging from 0.5" bore to 3" bore.

The hoses can be supplied with screwed, flanged or bayonet type end connections to suit individual service requirements.

Standard hoses are available in various lengths for:-

Liquid Oxygen
Liquid Nitrogen
Liquid Argon
Liquid Hydrogen
Carbon Dioxide

Welding hoses

TSC can supply for export both Light and Heavy Duty welding hoses which meet the BS EN 559 standard . Hoses are stocked which are suitable for use with oxygen , acetylene , propane , and air / inert gases in lengths varying from 5 metres to 20 metres.

Most hoses are fitted with hose check valves , however a variety of hose check valves , hose adaptors and ' o ' clips are also available that can be used in conjunction with the above hoses.

High pressure hoses

TSC stock a range of high pressure hoses suitable for filling oxygen and most industrial and medical gases at pressures up to 411 barg.

Hoses are available in a variety of sizes and lengths to suite specific applications.

Standard hoses incorporate G 3/8" male connections and include burst whip restriction safety features.
