Pipework and Fittings


Gaskets

TSC can supply a wide range of pipework and compressor gaskets in non-asbestos grade material for oxygen and inert gases.

Gaskets include ring, metaflex, envelope and full face type in a range of sizes. For pipework use these range in size from 1/2" to 24" NB size.

Sheets of material are also available in various sizes and thicknesses.

Tube and pipe

Pipe and tube suitable for design pressures
up to 411bar are available from stock.

Standard materials include:-

  • Copper - Table X & Y (up to 69 bar max design)
  • 90/10 Cupro Nickle (up to 320 bar max design)
  • Stainless Steel (up to 411 bar max design)
  • Monel (up to 411 bar max design)
  • Carbon Steel

Tube and pipe for oxygen/oxidising gas service is fully cleaned and degreased for final use and is packed and labelled to ensure no contamination in transit.

Fittings

TSC stock a wide range of socket brace, socket weld and but weld fittings for use with copper alloy, steel and stainless stube tube/pipe.

Fittings include tees, elbows, couplings, bends, reducers etc., in sizes ranging from 6mm to 76 mm (3/8" to 12" NB.)

Fittings for oxygen/oxidising gas service have material compatible with the gas and are full degreased, cleaned, packaged and labelled for the duty.

Flanges

Flanges suitable for socket brazing/welding are available from stock.

Standard sizes and materials are:-

  • 15mm to 350mm
  • 1/2" to 12"
  • Available in brass, steel and stainless steel.

Flanges for oxygen/oxidising gas service are fully cleaned and degreased and are packed ready for immediate use.

Adaptors

A large range of adaptors, connectors and unions are available from stock.

The adaptors are available in brass and are suitable for end feed brazing onto copper alloy tubes from 6mm to 54mm size.

The fittings are fully cleaned and degreased for use with oxygen as appropriate.
