Vaporisers
Electric water bath vaporisers (19 bar max)
TSC supply a range of water bath vaporisers suitable for use with cryogenic liquid/gases.
The vaporiser consists of copper vaporising tubes which are immersed in a lagged mild steel tank containing heated water. The water tanks can be either electrically or steam heated and the units include all the necessary temperature control equipment.
Standard vaporisers are available for flow rates of 1060 to 4020 m3/hr at 19 barg pressure.

Hairpin ambient vaporisers (19 bar max)
TSC can supply a range of ambient aluminium tube vaporisers for use with cryogenic liquids and gases.
The vaporisers consist of aluminium tube formed into a hairpin arrangement which is then supported on a steel frame.
The vaporisers are suitable for working up to 19 barg pressure with flowrates from 51 to 142 m3/hr depending on continuous or intermittent operation.

Water bath vaporisers (19 bar max)
TSC supply a range of water bath vaporisers suitable for use with cryogenic liquid/gases.
The vaporiser consists of copper vaporising tubes which are immersed in a lagged mild steel tank containing heated water. The water tanks can be either electrically or steam heated and the units include all the necessary temperature control equipment.

Forced draught vaporisers (19 bar max)
TSC can supply a range of forced draught vaporisers for use with cryogenic liquids and gases (oxygen, argon and nitrogen).
The vaporiser consists of finned aluminium tubes suspended vertically with and enclosed steel frame mounted on 4 legs. An electric fan is positioned above the tubes and the vaporiser is suitable for up to 8 hours continuous operation.
The vaporiser can be used in conjunction with a water deluge system which sprays the heated water onto the vaporiser tubes thus enabling 24 hour operation.
Standard vaporisers are available with capacities ranging from 15m3/hr to 500 m3/hr at 19 barg working pressure.
