eNews Prize Draw Terms
  1. The prize draw is open to all subscribers registering for the BOC e-newsletter using the online registration form.
  2. The prize draw can also be entered simply by posting a written request to be entered into the prize draw marked, for the attention of the Marketing Services Department, BOC Limited. The Priestley Centre, 10 Priestley Road,  Surrey Research Park, Guildford, GU2 7XY.
  3. All written requests must include the name, e-mail address, daytime contact telephone number  and postal address of the entrant.
  4. The draw will take place approximately 2 weeks prior to the latest eNews being placed on BOConline website and/or the enewsletter being distributed by email. This will happen every 2-3 months from current issue date. Please refer to the BOConline website for latest eNews issue: http://www.BOConline.co.uk
  5. The prize draw is only open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
  6. The prize draw is not open to employees of the BOC or Linde Group or their immediate families or to BOC partners / agents / distributors / suppliers.
  7. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  8. The name of one entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  9. The entrant selected will be promptly notified by e-mail and will be asked to contact the promoter within 5 days in order to answer a time-limited skill-testing question. If that entrant then answers the question correctly, he/she will be declared the winner of the prize draw. If the first entrant selected fails to contact the promoter within the time required or to answer the question correctly, the name of another entrant will be drawn at random and the process repeated until a winner is declared.
  10. Details of the winner will be posted on the BOConline website and latest eNews issue.
  11. Prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. However the promoter has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change. Visit http://www.BOConline.co.uk for the latest prize draw information.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent or greater value.
  13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post or offered for delivery insufficiently stamped. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  14. All entrants to the draw and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.
  15. The prize will be despatched within 28 days of the winner being declared and sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to the postal address given by the winner
  16. Any decision by the promoter will be final. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this contest at any time.
