From July 2014 BOC Limited will see the commencement of the second phase in the transition of transactional and rules based activities in the UK to a Linde shared service centre run by IBM in Bangalore.
Phase 1 for Procurement came into effect on 19th May 2014. Phase 2 for Finance, including invoicing, goes live from the beginning of July 2014.
This change helps support our strategic objectives to allow BOC to focus on higher value activities in order to further improve the service we offer to our customers.
