- Am I eligible to join BOCrewards↗?
The majority of our customers with a BOC account are eligible to join BOCrewards.
Unfortunately, BOC Sureserve and BOC Healthcare customers, customers who are managed by a dedicated account manager and customers with specific pricing structures are not eligible to join BOCrewards. If you have a field or telephone account manager, purchase Drinks Dispense or Healthcare/Medical gases from BOC or have an account with specific pricing structures, you are unfortunately not eligible to join.

- How long will it take for my membership application to be reviewed?
- Once submitted, we will review your application and confirm by email if your application has been successful.
- When will I know if my application has been accepted?
We will review your application and confirm if your application has been successful via the email address provided by you. If you are eligible to join, we will send you the BOCrewards Welcome email, which has a link to download your free copy of Safe Under Pressure, and a summary of the benefits that you’ll receive as a BOCrewards member.
If you are not eligible to join the programme (see terms and conditions for more information), we will confirm this at the point of application.
If you have not heard from us after 3 working days of submission, please check your Junk Email folder, in case our emails have been delivered there instead of your inbox. If you still haven’t received an email from us, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
Please note – unfortunately, your application will not be accepted if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for BOCrewards.

No, you must visit our website to join BOCrewards and complete and submit an application online.
