BOC showcased the latest innovations in cryogenic freezing and chilling technology at Foodex 2014 at the NEC in March.
Scale models of the two freezers were on display at Foodex, for visitors to view.
The CRYOLINE® CW demonstrated the patented CRYOWAVE™ belt technology that produces superior individually quick frozen (IQF) products; also on display was the CRYOLINE® XF’s innovative high capacity spiral design that optimises the cryogen efficiency.
