Two-Stage Regulators
Two stage regulators achieve accurate pressure control through two stages of pressure reduction. They are thus ideal in situations where there will be significant inlet pressure variation during the period of use, and where very stable outlet pressures are required. The range has models to cover a wide range of gases and mixtures. Inlet pressures to 300 bar, and outlet ranges from 0 – 0.7bar to 0-17bar.

High purity regulator available in brass or stainless steel body, for use with non corrosive and mild corrosive gases and mixtures up to N6.0 purity. Advanced features make it suitable for the most demanding analytical requirements. This regulator can withstand vacuum applied to evacuate the system. Accepting inlet pressures up to 230bar (with a choice of gauges to suit lower cylinder pressures), it has a choice of delivery pressure ranges from 0 – 0.7bar, to 0 – 17bar. The stainless steel version is suitable for dilute mixtures of mild corrosive gases. Stainless steel regulator with tied diaphragm design for positive shut off, reducing the risk of overpressure on the outlet. High specifications make this suitable for N6.0 gases. The tied diaphragm feature makes this regulator particularly suited to gases with more demanding properties – eg highly corrosive gases and gases with high levels of toxicity in analytical or semiconductor research.
