Ways to Pay

When purchasing BOC products & services there are a number of ways you can pay

BOC Account Customers

If you have a BOC account we can offer you a wide range of ways to pay your invoice. Simply choose the option that is easiest for you:

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a convenient, automated method of paying your bills. BOC’s Direct Debit customers gain five extra days credit and avoid additional fees. You can set up a new Direct Debit online by signing in to your online account and going to My Account Profile.

You can pay online by debit or credit card using Quick Pay or sign in to your online account to view and pay your invoices or account balance.

Via your Bank

You can pay your BOC invoice by:

BACS, CHAPS, FPS or through online banking to BOC Ltd, Sort Code 40-02-50, Account Number 11407201

Please allow 3 working days for a BACS payment. Please quote your BOC account number and the invoice number you are intending to pay. Please email all remittance advice to remit.advice@boc.com. If you are paying directly into a bank please use a bank giro slip and ensure you quote your BOC account number and invoice number.

By Post

Please make cheques payable to BOC Ltd and send your payment and remittance slip to BOC Ltd, PO Box 12, Priestley Road, Worsley, Manchester, M28 2UT.

By Phone

Pay over the phone by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0800 111 333 or at any of our BOC Gas & Gear retail stores (Please use our Store Finder to locate your nearest store) 

Non-account Customers

If you do not hold a BOC account, you can purchase gas equipment and safety products online or from our network of BOC retail stores with cash or via debit/credit card. We are unable to sell gas cylinders to non-account holding customers.
