Relief Valve VR7

For venting minor overpressure.

- Brass or stainless steel

- Designed to vent excess pressure from a regulator, should a minor seat leak occur.

Please note that they should not be used as a coded safety relief device.

  • Body: Bar stock brass or 316 stainless steel
  • Seals: Viton® (standard);Neoprene® (optional) 
  • Operating temperature: -35 to + 204 degrees Celsius
  • Spring: 302 stainless steel
  • Poppet: Brass or 316 stainless steel 
  • Flow coefficient: Cv=0.37
  • Maximum inlet pressure (psi): as limited by cracking pressure

How to order

ALWAYS specify the gas or mixture to be used:

  1. select material e.g. brass or stainless steel 
  2. select pressure range (psi) 0.7-1.4,1.4-6.9,6.9-17.2,17.2-37.9 
  3. connections (inlet x outlet) e.g. 1/4" NPT (MxF) only
